[Bern / Brisbane, 5th of April 2024] — Switzerland based zetcom Group AG (“zetcom) proudly announces its acquisition of Ortelia Pty Ltd. (“Ortelia Interactive”) in Australia. This strategic move signifies zetcom’s commitment to advancing digital services and audience engagement in the cultural heritage domain combined with a strong ambition to further grow in the APAC region. Ortelia Interactive will be rebranded as zetcom Australia following the acquisition. The parties have agreed not to disclose further transaction details.

With over 150 galleries, museums, and industry consultants trusting their products, Ortelia Interactive has established itself as a key player in the field of 3D exhibition design software and audience engagement applications in the cultural heritage sector.

The flagship product, Ortelia Curator, facilitates active exhibition design while offering a practical approach to archiving significant exhibitions. Leveraging interactive 3D and 2D narrative-driven environments, Ortelia Interactive empowers clients to create immersive virtual exhibitions that can be accessed across various platforms, including web, mobile, and desktop devices.

What sets Ortelia Curator apart is its seamless integration with zetcom’s MuseumPlus Collection Management System.
